We provide an affordable yet luxurious hideaway in a prime location where comfort and relaxation are valued above all. Each aspect of our studios has been carefully considered and designed to maximise storage and functionality.

Our goal is to reshape housing in Hong Kong by providing affordable, luxurious and convenient living spaces. Our design creates a great sense of luxury and functionality by making a small footprint work harder. We believe that living in a compact space doesn’t mean compromising on luxury and luxury doesn’t have to cost a fortune. We also focus on providing sufficient storage space to house cherished belongings of our tenants while minimising visual clutter to the space, unlocking the potential of the space.
